Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VALORAIPLUS-v6.0 platform and services operated by Valor AI+ ("we", "our", or "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use our API services
- Integrate our services into your applications
- Use our computational and cryptographic tools
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Keep your API keys confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Exceed API rate limits or abuse our infrastructure
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Intellectual Property
The ValorMath++ framework, VALORAIPLUS-v6.0 platform, and all related technologies are proprietary to Valor AI+. All Millennium Prize Problem solutions and mathematical proofs are copyrighted works.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Valor AI+ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
